Winter school sports week
The "Winter School sports week" is a newly developed interdisciplinary concept oft he cross-country skiing school fit & fun, which includes the best possible combination of various Nordic sports and exercise activities, but also gives you the Information about ideal nutrition and wants to take preventive measures to counteract the current trend towards a sedentary lifestyle and the associated obesity, postural and other health problems in young people.
Our general goal ist o promote the physical, psychological and social well-being of children and young people and thus to offer a healthy balance to learning stress and private burdens within the framework of the school sports week.
Our performance offer includes generally the organization and provision of material, the organization of quarters of your choice, the professional planning and implementation of the program as well as the professional and personal care during the week.
The accommodations are all located in Ramsau, a climatic health resort at over 1100m.

1. Day
Arrival until ca. 12.00 a.m.
- 12.30 p.m. lunch
- 1.30-3.30 p.m. play und fun with skating or cross-country skiing
- 6.30 p.m. dinner
2. Day
- 10.00 a.m. warm-up with Supersound-Music, afterward
- Nordic-Cruising tour
- 12.00-noon lunch
- 1.00-2.30 p.m. Snow-Tubing, afterward
- Nordic-Cruising tour to Minzlhof
- 6.00 p.m. log cabin dinner in Brandalm, afterward
- Night hike from the Alm to the valley
3. Day
- 10.00 a.m. warm-up with Supersound-Music, afterward
- Snow race followed by an award ceremony
- 12.00-noon lunch
- FREE

4. Day
- 10.00 a.m. snowshoe tour
- 12.00-noon lunch
- 1.00-3.00 p.m. snowshoe tour
- 6.00 p.m.dinner
- 7.30 p.m. night tobogganing on the Rittisberg
5. Day
- 9.30 a.m. warm-up with Supersound-Musik, afterward
- LASER-Biathlon with fun relay competition
- 12.30-noon lunch
- departure around 2 p.m.
Service package
The organized and implemented program, 4 nights with full board incl. Drinks for lunch and dinner, the rental fee for cross-country skiing equipment, snowshoe fee, 2x Taxi fee to the Alm area, Snow-Tubing, LASER-Biathlonweapon, toboggan fee and lift ticket.

Each school sports week can also be created individually.
Additional activities such as high-altitude trail tour, walking tour on the Dachstein glacier, incl. skywalk, biathlon, and much more can be planned.
