Every second thinks they are active in sports and they do something for their health. However, the statistics show a different picture. Lifestyle diseases, obesity, and a rapid decline in physical performance are prevalent in our modern world. Metabolic diseases that used to appear at a late age are already a problem with young people today. According to a survey, 69% oft the population would like to do more for their health but only 10-20% put their project into practice.
Make the same demands on your health and your performance as you do on the environment, your job, or your car. Life is made up of extrinsic and intrinsic factors, which is a balance between external and self-determination. The environment, the job, our own motivation to live to bring certain externally determined factors to ou lives. These influences, which are not always health-promoting, need to be matched with diet, exercise, and relaxation. The better we combine activity, movement, and relaxation, the less stress is on us and the more efficient our body and mind are.
