Trial course
This course offers you the possibility to find out if you will like the cross-country skiing. In the case you enjoy it, you can improve the already gained knowledges with Modul 2 and Modul 3.
The equipment is in the course price included and it can be picked up at by Intersport Bachler in Ramsau-Ort. The trail use charge is also included.

Module 1
Cross-country skiing looks easy, which is why many beginners are tempted to try it themselves or with so-called good tips from a friend. But as with any sport, the technique should also be learned correctly from the beginning in cross-country skiing in order to be energy-saving, effortless and safe. Our cross-country skiing instructors will show you the basic techniques of cross-country skiing so that cross-country skiing becomes a pleasure. The equipment for module 1 is included in the course price and can be picked up at Intersport Bachler in Ramsau-Ort.

Module 2
Module 2 requires the basic knowledge from module 1 and expands your skills with techniques that improve your cross-country skiing on the flat and in slightly hilly terrain and make the movement sequences more ergonomic.
Learning goal: diagonal step uphill, double-deck push, plow brake, half-bone step.
Course:

Module 3
Your basic knowledge will be completed here. After completing the 3 modules, you will be able to tackle blue and red cross-country ski trails in a way that saves energy, effortlessly, and safely.
Learning goal: changing tracks downhill, double-decker with intermediate step, bone step, cross-country skiing on the red trail.

Module 4
You have mastered the basic techniques of classic cross-country skiing and have tasted blood. Would you like more dynamism and would you like to cope with steeper terrain more easily? Would you like to minimize your physical effort? Then you can lay the foundation for this with Module 1.
Learning goal: Dynamic diagonal step, 3-tact track change, bone step steeply uphill, braking with half-plow steeply downhill.
Course: Monday - from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Module 5
The focus of this module is the efficient use of the individual gliding and swing phases according to the minimum-maximum principle – insignificant effort, great effect as well as safe braking in steep terrain and the correct adaptation of the respective technology to the terrain.
Learning goal: Diagonal step with swing and glide phase, plow brake steeply downhill, dynamic double stick with intermediate step.

Module 6 rounds off your skills with changing tracks downhill and repeating and applying all cross-country skiing techniques in difficult terrain. Now you are fit for all trails, for all-terrain, faster and more effortlessly.

This new type, of course, was developed for all those who are already well advanced in cross-country skiing. A lot of running with situation-related technical adaptation is the focus of this course. Further technical development with the inclusion of video analyzes should be the desired goal. The maximum number of participants: 5 persons.
Module 7
Learning goal: Development of one's own running style according to anatomical aspects, taking into account economic movement sequences.

Brake technique lesson
In this lesson, we will specifically aim your braking problems. Cross-country skiers often have problems even though the technique of classic cross-country skiing is mastered. Even poor posture can make braking more difficult. Or maybe you only have difficulties with special trail conditions, e.g. ice on the trail, deformed tracks, and the like? Again, there are simple techniques to cope with.

Langlauf Technik-Check
The technique check is intended for all those who master cross-country skiing in the conventional sense. However, in the course of time, technical errors usually creep in, making cross-country skiing less efficient, less enjoyable, or even harmful to health. In a technique check lasting about 20 minutes, the mistakes are pointed out and corrected.
